Our target area is one of Cleveland’s most desirable
historic neighborhoods. We are focused on the heart
of Ohio City’s historic district. At this sits
a building, which served its community
for eighty-seven (87) years. 

We have assembled a dedicated design team with over one hundred (100) years of combined professional experience.
In a collaborative effort, we created an adaptive reuse of our mid-rise building, incorporating unique and imaginative floor plans which offer neighborhood and downtown skyline views (click here to see the views). For those desiring an office close to home, three (3) professional office units will be available on the lower level. The design provides a thoughtful and refined living environment to satisfy your every need. It has been our intention to design this project with the attention to detail rarely seen in the Cleveland Market.
